Literally just put some markdown content into chatgpt or whatever other dogshit slop generator and ask it to style it as a webpage with whatever theme you put in. No frameworks, tools, nothing. Just pure HTML/CSS entropy from the neuralnetiverse. Not even any javascript. Ctrl+C Ctrl+V whatever the slop machine says into an html file and you're good.
